Refund / Cancellation Policy
Candidates who have registered for a program and paid the eligible fees occasionally change their minds for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund/cancellation policy for candidates who decide not to take the programs. Refunds for any program are only given under the following circumstances:
- The candidate did not access any training session of the program and the candidate has requested a refund, in writing via email within three business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent). There will be no refunds for any program (or curricula) once a program has been accessed in any manner.
- A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of INR500.
Please understand that with the enrolment in any of our programs, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund/cancellation policy. There are no extensions granted for a program for which a welcome letter is already sent to you. If you do not complete your program by the end date of your welcome letter, there will be additional fees for the extended period.
